We realize the you may have questions about the financing your new home. We have assembled a list of the most frequently asked questions we receive. We hope this list is helpful to you but if you don't find the answer, please be sure to ask your New Home Consultant.

 

1. How do I find out what the cost for building my new home will be?

Our Sales Consultants will schedule a worksheet meeting with you. This meeting is designed to stimulate your creative thoughts, while at the same time reviewing our standard features and giving you the opportunity to choose optional features as well. At the end of this meeting you will have your Price Quote.

2. How much down payment will I need?

This is based on the Lending program you choose. We have several lenders that offer programs for as little as 5% down. However, if you purchase a home FHA your down payment could be as little as 3% and VA loans are 0% down. We also have non-traditional lenders that offer 100% financing. The best thing for you today is to schedule an appointment with one of our Sales Consultants.

3. I need help with closing costs, what should I do?

We have several of our approved Lenders that will allow us to build a certain amount into your home package to assist with your closing costs. Call one of our Sales Consultants today to get more information.

4. I need help finding a lender, what should I do?

We have a list of preferred lenders that our Sales Consultant can provide to you. This list will help you in deciding on a lender. Our lending partners work with us on many transactions are knowledgeable in New Construction loans.

5. I want to use a lender that is not on your approved list, can I do this?

You are able to use your own lender. At time of contract delivery we ask that you give us the contact information for your lender. This will ensure we have proper contact and help close your loan in a timely fashion.
